Do I need a passport if I'm traveling within the United States like say, from Milwaukee WI to New York?
My family is flying from Milwaukee, WI to New York on Monday. I'm not exactly sure if you need a passport to travel within the U.S. I wanted to be sure for Monday. Do you need a passport or not?

No you don't. You need it for every country except for Mexico (due to an agreement we have with them). But just going from a U.S. state to another U.S. state requires no passport, just a valid photo ID to board the plane.

No you dont need a passport to travel within the United States. If your from out of the country you should bring it along with you when traveling in the United States and it's a little late to be asking if you need a passport it takes between 60-90 days to get one. Hope this helps and safe travels.

Assuming you are a US citizen or have permanent resident status, no, you would not need a passport. Just a driver's license.
